30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Thai Aroma Wellness. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened botanical aroma products are final sale for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before fulfillment begins. To cancel, email info@thaiaromawellness.com with your name and order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can make it right.

Starting a Return

Email info@thaiaromawellness.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Approved returns will receive return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
