Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Timing

Thai Aroma Wellness products are currently available for pre-order. Orders are estimated to ship within 4–6 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If timing changes materially, we will email you.

Fulfillment

Once inventory reaches our U.S. fulfillment location, pre-orders are prepared for shipment within one business day. Orders placed after inventory is available are normally processed within one business day, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping: $8
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express shipping: $15

Shipping transit time begins after an order has been fulfilled and is separate from the pre-order production period. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Changes

For pre-orders, email info@thaiaromawellness.com as soon as possible if your shipping address changes. We can update the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays, Loss, and Damage

Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, email info@thaiaromawellness.com with your order number so we can help.

International Shipping

At launch, checkout and shipping are available within the United States only.
